I’ll never forget my early wedding days! I was doing 150-200 guest count events by myself (whew!) for way less than I charge now. Youth was on my side. Those brides were the ones who trusted me before the titles, the awards, or the team… just me and my love for creating beautiful celebrations.

To my early brides, I’d do it all over again for you in a heartbeat. I’m so glad we’re forever a part of each other’s stories. 💕

When you're working 16 hour days, shoes are so important. Even the most comfortable shoes aren't comfortable all day so I usually switch up throughout the day. No pictured are my @drschollsshoes slip on sneakers that have gone on to glory. ⚰️They are a consistent 10/10 and I wear them in dressy and casual settings. I ordered a new pair and they didn't come in time for last weeks wedding. My chunky heels from I forgot where, 7/10. I feel like a wedding planner from TV when I'm wearing heels. Lol I can wear these for hours and hours on carpet, on concrete, I probably have about 3 hours before my feet hurt. My @barbie @crocs are so comfy! 10/10 I wasn't a Crocs girl but now I get it! These are so comfortable! I pretty much wear these in the morning and during set up. As cute as they are, I never wear when guest facing. @jcrew flats tore my feet up so bad😂😂 2/10. I bought these on sale in black and green (For AKA) and they aren't comfortable at all. I wore these for the ceremony only, so about two hours. If you want them you can have them😭 My Pink "Stand on Air" @skechers are elite!!! 1000/10 I don't care what y'all say these shoes are my favorite! I can wear them all day literally. I can stand on concrete/hard floor and I don't have any issues. Truly, my favorite and you're going to see them at most events come break down time! Fun fact: I have a master’s in PR, so storytelling is in my DNA. I love bringing that into events by using both words and design to create a full experience. For this wedding, I designed some fun pieces like the seating chart, menus, card signage, program, place cards, menu and and drink signage that tied everything together! Event branding will always be one of my favorite parts of planning!
